A warm and cozy fireplace to enjoy a cup of tea or a warming drink. Well-signposted cycling routes for all levels of difficulty. The hotel offers leadership activities, team building, and coaching sessions in the scenic surroundings. The bar offers a selection of liquors, wines, and champagnes with a cozy fireplace.

Limited room service menu. Spa services and facilities were not available at all times.

Parking charge seems high but parking spaces would be difficult to find close to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel - worth visiting just to enjoy the architecture and style. Superb breakfast (dinner restaurant not open because of low season), very pleasant staff.

A wonderful place of luxury in the Pyrenees

We were greeted with a warm welcome and were instantly impressed with the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a terrace, offering stunning views of the local city lake. The restaurant at Villa Paulita exceeded our expectations with its high-quality food, and we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the center and offered endless opportunities for trekking in the Cerdagne region. our experience at Villa Paulita was truly luxurious and unforgettable.

The staff were very friendly and the manager took time to speak to us and helped us on our way as we were leaving. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, right by the lake as well as within a short walk of the town. We had a great time and will definitely return for more.

Great location with stunning views of the lake and nearby mountains. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modernized. The spa is fantastic, with excellent services and facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food at great value. The breakfast is good and served until 10.30. The room is spacious with a garden view. Early check-in was allowed. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the area.

The Christmas decorations and ambiance were delightful, creating a festive atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch and added to the holiday spirit.

The room was quite small and in need of renovation. The bathroom was outdated and the shower was not working properly.

Its location is wonderful and it is great to be able to get into Barcelona by train. Trains at regular intervals - get out at catalonia square. Check return train destination - banes Great staff on breakfast duty and a wonderful breakfast spread

The receptionist rercommended a restaurant in the port and said it was only 15 minutes walk away. It turned out to be much further away - although a great place to eat. The spa should have stocks of bathing costumes and trunks to sell. Also there should be a place to relax after the steam room - people take up chairs around the pool and prevent others from usining the pool. The restaurant in the hotel is fairly expensive for the standard of the meals on offer. Hotel staff are very helpful but lack proper training.

The food is so delicious, it's like a party in my mouth. The villas are cute and colorful, like a fairytale. The spa is so relaxing, it's like floating on a cloud.

Plastic glasses for the toothbrush, really? Is this a hotel or a low-budget motel?

A Delightfully Relaxing Experience in a Delightful Catalan Town

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming property in a lovely Catalan town. Our room, although a bit pricey, was worth it for the spaciousness and breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom, while needing a better shower, was well-appointed. The hotel's spa was a bonus and provided a range of indulgent treatments and facilities. The on-site restaurant served excellent food and had a great selection of wines. Although breakfast had some issues with availability, the Nespresso coffee machines made up for it. The only letdown was the poor wireless connectivity, so it might not be the best choice if you need constant internet access. Despite a few drawbacks, we would definitely consider returning to this special place for a relaxing getaway.

Reasonable size rooms with a small refrigerator, a large breakfast was also included in the price. Peaceful and quiet in a beautiful location right by the lake.

There is no parking outside the hotel so you must use the hotel car park at a very expensive €23!
